Need help with javascript on my new dell computer. can you help?

I just bought a new dell laptop, and now it says my javascript is not enable… how do I fix the problem?

    open your internet explorer then go to tools> internet options> security> Custom level> then go down until you find "Scripting" then at the "active scripting" select (enable).
