    Security Tool is a like a virus. It is a rogue anti-spyware program. It gives false reports to scare users into buying their worthless product. The link has removal instructions that start about 40% down the webpage.

    i have it on my pc which i brought just under a month ago and thought i had lost it for good. Although i had a lucky escape i still need to remove it too :(

    1. Disable Security Tool at first:
    a) By rebooting into safe mode with networking (press F8 just after reboot) or
    b) by pressing ctrl+shift+esc right after logging in into windows. go under processes tab, stop all numerical processes.

    2. Delete Security Tool’s files:
    a) by investigating where security tool shorcut points to (it will be on desktop)
    b) by searching for filename with same name as processes stopped, if you went for 1.b

    3. Reboot PC, do a scan with Spyware Doctor or other antispyware.
    This is done for detecting all the additional Files of Security Tool
