		<description>This seems that the CD got some prob like it could have some scratches in that.
but its not at all a prob, u can at anytime copy this file from the CD to the location after upgrading the windows. So go ahead with the installation and finally copy the damaged application manually and rename it to exe (instead of EX_).. 
If the File still cant be accessed, u better copy that file from another system, it&#039;ll work.. so no probs..&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
