Everex Computer Tech Support?

I know that the 800 number does not work…But I need to find a compatible video card for my computer, and they are the only ones that seem to know. I know my computer is an Everex Impact Series computer, but I am not sure of the model number or where to look for it. Can anyone tell me if they have an email addy? Or would someone be able to help me find a better vid card for this thing…

If you can not get tech support, try these:
1. Download and install CPUZ. http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
This will identify your processor. If processor is the Via C-7, it is just too weak for gaming and would just bottleneck most graphics cards. It is very likely that there is NO graphics port if processor is C-7. You may be stuck with its poor graphics.
2. If processor is AMD Sempron, it could support budget graphics cards. You just need to check the physical presence of a PCIe graphics port. In case the port is just x1 PCIe, you have very limited options:
