Can somebody please help me with my computer keyboard?

Hi. I have a keyboard from HP which came with my windows vista pc (also HP). It works properly except for the hot keys (i think that’s what they’re called). The keys that have direct commands like the open internet explorer key and the sleep button. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make them work?

you probably have to install the drivers. you should have a cd with the proper software/drivers for your keyboard that came with your computer. if you don’t or can’t find it, go to the HP website and download it from there.

    You will have to go to HP’s site and download a file that will be applied to your registry to make those work.
