Going to attend Kaplan computer tech class in january. I was wondering what lab supplies are included? has anyone taking this course at kaplan?

Question about HP tech support?
Okay, I contacted HP through online chat because my USB ports stopped working altogether. The guy told me to scan the USB for hardware changes in Device Manager and then restart the notebook. I restarted it and now it won’t boot up anymore. All of the safe modes, starting windows normally, and boot from previous successful boots won’t boot up the computer anymore. A blue screen pops up and windows automatically restarts every single time. Do you think HP will fix this free of charge since it was kind of their fault the notebook stopped booting up? I was already thinking of sending it in for them to fix the USB ports, even though I don’t have any warranty. By the way, I have Windows Vista.
The last time I sent my notebook to HP, they fixed the wireless Internet connection for free since Windows Update was the one that made the Internet stop connecting.
you should call their support line and ask them. They might be able to extend your warranty so you don’t end up paying for the repairs.

You have to reinstall the drivers for sound. XP Media Center edition is a little different than XP home, so make sure you get the correct drivers from the HP website.
