For IMs, we are now in the fifth generation of website design technology.   For Internet Marketers, especially those who have recreated their website several times, there are now additional issues to consider – both current and upcoming.  Without devoting thousands of words to this subject we wanted to provide a concise update on both current and strategic trends that you should consider, especially if you are planning any changes to your site.

Beginning at the beginning – is original website design.  Creating a website presupposes the utilization of some sort of web authoring software.   Many IMs, especially ones that are just starting out, are tempted to buy a template to get started.   While it has validity for some IMs you should beware of the tendency for template capability to be quickly eclipsed by the need for technological advances in an otherwise static website.   What we mean on this point is the oft-experienced tendency to buy and implement a template and subsequently be forced to scrap it in favor of a from-scratch site because of the need to provide technologically changes that cannot be implemented within the confines of a template.  

If you will be selling the same products in the same way five years from now, then using a template is fine.   However, if you are in a market or industry that is driven by technologically-based competition, then we caution you against the use of a template or any other such quick-fix website development strategy.  

What is at issue here is the degree of specialization and/or technology specification that will be required down the line to support the natural evolution of your website.  For example, using a template precludes the need for a web authoring package.   Subsequent changes that are necessitated by the marketplace but are not supported by your template will require both a web authoring package and a brand new set of website pages.   This is something that will require some sort of web authoring software to accomplish. 

While there are templates that support the use of videos, to complete the cited example, they do not provide for sufficient specification to allow you to implement the video to your desired level of functionality.  Therefore, you will need to get a web authoring package anyway.   In addition, it will be more effort to modify the templates than to produce new pages – so you will probably end up recreating your entire site.   Hopefully, we have made our point.  You can purchase and download a top registry software package that does this. They also perform the other registry fix functions that accomplish any needed Registry Repair.

These sites are an excellent resource to assist you with making a decision regarding which web host to choose for your foray into the world of the Internet.

Once you have decided about what you need, you can start searching for a hosting service. You can use one of the popular search engines, like Google or Yahoo to find a suitable web hosting review site.

Log on to the site and compare the different packages. See which packages or bundled services meet your needs best. Check and compare the specifications of the hardware being offered by the hosting services. Eliminate the hosting services that don’t meet your requirements and send the remaining hosts a list of questions. The questions you ask are not so important, but you will get an idea about how prompt the hosts are in responding to your queries. This can then become a useful benchmark. You can reject those who take too long to answer.

Finally you need to test connectivity. Visit a few sites hosted on the servers of companies that you have short listed. Check the download speeds. Eliminate ones that take too long to open. You should also check on the web hosting review site whether they have any uptime statistics. This will also give you a good idea what type of downtime your website might experience.

Be careful not to select on price only – cheapest is not always the best! Rather look at the average prices and go for a hosting provider that rather offers a middle of the road type of price rather than the absolute cheapest. Another important point to look out for is to see how long the company has been in business!

A new super entanglement that can provide Internet TV and phone services through a single network has been announced in China.
The Ministry of Science and applied science has signed an agreement with the SARFT (State governing body of radio receiver, Film and Television) in China and announced to the world that it will drive edifice the rootage high capacity visual fiber network throughout the country putting Internet, TV and phone services through a single network.
 A regional network has been reinforced in the Yangtze River Delta and put on a trial run for one year since December, 2006, covering or so 30,000 users.
“The lab tests and trial run showed the network and kindred softwares were horse barn decent for commercial message operation,” said a ministry appointed.
 

However the nationwide program is still at an early stage. The agreement did not mention the timetable of building or any cost details.

 TV broadcasters the BBC, ITV and Telecoms giant BT will work together introducing the box which will allow access to catch up tv services such as the iPlayer and the newly introduced ITV Player. Also available will be on demand movies and other interactive depicted object.
 

 The service availability will be more than just your TV set though, the service will be made available on many new subscription free devices. You will be able to view the free to air channels, catch up tv and TV on demand services such as iPlayer.
 

There is also the potential for films, shows and interactive content from a berth of other providers in received? and high definition.

Mark Thompson from the BBC commented:- “Audiences tell us that they want more services through their television set. I am pleased that the BBC is working with industry partners such as device manufacturers, ISPs and other content providers on proposals which will bring real benefits for consumers.”

This could be a very exciting phylogenesis converging all Free TV broadcasts to a single point instead of searching several websites for live internet tv content.

Classic Game Room HD breaks out the HD camera and reviews the NINTENDO GAMECUBE video game controller! This controller is awesome and is Nintendo’s 2nd only to the NES Advantage. This controller has a nice feel to it, good controls, thumb sticks and a well positioned D-pad. It fits nicely into the hands and is great for a variety of games on the Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii. Yes the Gamecube controller will work with the Wii for some games (and all Gamecube games). Will Nintendo come out with a wireless version of the Gamecube controller in the future? (maybe they alread have, don’t know…) Watch Classic Game Room for Retro reviews because it is a retro reviewer video game review show that plays and reviews games from the 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and through today. Old School gaming has never had it so good because Classic Game Room tells you what games are awesome and what games to buy. This is the first Nintendo Gamecube hardware and controller review from Classic Game Room!
