Since 1997 the owner of Free Tech Support, has been involved in the daily operation of end-user technical support for enterprise networks and LAN/WAN systems. As founder and owner of several Internet Services for over ten years, he has resolved literally tens of thousands of support cases covering: Computer systems; Networks; Software installation and patches; Hardware installs and driver issues; Website design and development of database driven applications; and also countless internet connection resolutions.
In 2007 he decided to give something back to the Internet community by developing and launching Free-Tech-Support.com This new service provides free technical support to the general public.
